CMSPP 2026 Complete Schedule and Financial Coverage

Under this grand scholarship framework, exactly 10 talented candidates will be selected annually for CMSPP 2026. The financial umbrella is comprehensive, covering tuition fees, living allowances, health insurance, airfare, and visa processing expenses up to prescribed caps. To maintain strategic alignment, 70 percent of these slots are reserved for STEM subjects, while 30 percent cater to Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts. Aspirants must hold an unconditional admission offer from a top 100 QS-ranked university and submit their applications by April 30, 2027.

Student Reactions and Eligibility Standards

Academic circles across Quetta and other districts have welcomed the announcement, viewing it as a golden ticket for deserving researchers facing financial barriers. However, eligibility criteria remain stringent: applicants must be permanent residents with a valid Balochistan domicile, under 40 years of age, and maintain a minimum of 60 percent marks throughout their academic journey. Regular public-sector faculty and civil servants are ineligible, and applicants cannot have previously availed a foreign PhD scholarship.
