Public Health School Quetta LHV Admission Criteria

• Academic Background: Applicants must possess Matriculation in Science Physics, Chemistry, Biology with at least 45% marks. Candidates with F.Sc or F.A qualification with a minimum of 45% marks receive admission priority. Applicants with an Arts background cannot apply.
• Age Limits: Unmarried female applicants between 15 and 25 years are eligible. DGHS Balochistan grants an age relaxation of up to 30 years for candidates living in remote areas.
• Domicile Mandate: Applicants must hold a local or domicile certificate from Balochistan. Candidates from other provinces cannot apply.

Mandatory Documents and Application Guidelines

1. Attested copy of Matriculation Certificate and Detailed Marks Certificate DMC.
2. Attested copy of Local/Domicile Certificate.
3. Character Certificate from the last attended institution.
4. Official bank deposit challan receipt.
5. Four passport-sized photographs.

DGHS Training Stipend, Bond, and Regulations

• Hostel Residence: Trainees must reside in the hostel attached to their assigned PHS for the full two-year duration.
• Service Agreement: Graduates must sign a legal bond committing to 3 years of mandatory service within the Balochistan Health Department upon completing their maternal health diploma.
• Strict Compliance: Any discovery of marriage during the course, dual enrollment, or submission of forged documents leads to immediate termination, legal action, and financial recovery of all paid stipends via guarantors under standard Pakistan Nursing Council rules.
