Comprehensive Digital Skills Program Aims to Prepare Youth for Future Opportunities

Noorzai emphasized that the progress of Balochistan and Pakistan relies on educating and equipping the younger generation with modern skills and a strong moral foundation. He urged parents, teachers, political leaders, and religious scholars to work collectively to prepare the youth for future leadership roles.

Under the Social Welfare Department, a comprehensive IT training program has been launched to enhance digital literacy and employability. More than 800 male and female students will receive modern IT training in multiple phases, providing them with the expertise required for decent and sustainable employment. The program is being implemented in collaboration with the Saylani Welfare Trust, a renowned organization in vocational and technical education.

The 10-month course is fully supported by the Social Welfare Department, which is providing infrastructure, utilities, and facilities such as classrooms and electricity. A special batch of 50 differently-abled students has also been included to promote inclusivity in digital education.

Noorzai attributed the initiative to the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, reaffirming the government’s commitment to creating dignified and profitable employment opportunities, including remote and online work.

He reiterated that the government bears the responsibility of providing training, business opportunities, and incentives to ensure a prosperous future for the province. Noorzai expressed confidence that such welfare-driven projects will empower and uplift the next generation of Balochistan.
