BAEC Announces Grade VIII Summer Zone Result 2025 2026
The Balochistan Assessment and Exams Commission BAEC issued an official notification from Quetta on 7 March 2026 regarding the result gazette for the Grade VIII Summer Zone Examss for the academic session 2025–26. The commission clarified that the gazette is published only as a formal announcement of results. Any name or entry included in this notification does not automatically grant a candidate the right to receive a certificate. Certificates will be issued strictly according to the rules and regulations of BAEC after verification of the original records submitted by the respective District Education Officers and relevant authorities. The commission further stated that extensive efforts were made to ensure the accuracy of the results published in the gazette. Despite these efforts, the possibility of minor errors or omissions cannot be completely ruled out. If any discrepancies are identified later, they will be corrected when brought to the attention of the commission. Therefore, BAEC does not accept responsibility for any mistake that may appear in the result published on its official website.
In addition, the commission has retained the authority to correct any errors or missing information found in the Grade VIII Summer Zone 2025–26 results whenever necessary. Any corrections will be made based on the original records submitted to the commission.
According to the notification, the Exams commenced on 6 February 2025, while the official announcement of the results was made on 7 March 2026. The Exams period extended over thirty days, and the total marks allocated for the Exams were 600.
The detailed statistics of the results show that a total of 40,026 candidates appeared in the Exams. Among them, 26,219 were boys and 13,807 were girls. Out of the total candidates, 39,715 students successfully passed the Exams. In addition, 116 candidates were promoted, while 196 students were declared ungraded fail. The overall success rate recorded in the Exams remained approximately 99 percent, reflecting a very high pass percentage among the students who participated in the Grade VIII Summer Zone Exams.
