Steps to Apply for Al-Khidmat Academic Scholarship 2024

To apply for the Al-Khidmat Academic Scholarship, students must complete an online application available on the Al-Khidmat website. It is important that all fields in the application form are completed. If a particular section does not apply, applicants should mark it as “NA” to ensure submission. Incomplete applications with missing fields will not be accepted.

Applicants must also upload all required documents in JPG format, ensuring that each file size does not exceed 2MB. To reduce the size of images, students can follow these simple steps:

Resize the image as necessary.

Save the file.

Additionally, a detailed map listing districts and regions is provided for applicants. Students from Central, South, and North Punjab regions should clearly specify their area, while those from Karachi should note that the city is excluded from the Sindh region and must be mentioned separately.

Required Documents for Application

Applicants must submit several attested documents along with their applications. These documents include:

A photocopy of the applicant’s CNIC if applicable

A photocopy of the Father’s or Guardian’s CNIC

A recent photograph no older than three months

A photocopy of the current electricity bill

A photocopy of the salary slip or pension book of the applicants Father, Mother, or siblings

Photocopies of all previous examination results

A photocopy of the most recent fee slip last semester/year

A bonafide certificate, which must specify the course start and end dates a template is available on the Al-Khidmat website

An "Iqrar Nama," which can be downloaded from the Al-Khidmat website. For students in Intermediate, BA, BSc, or B.Com, this document should be submitted on plain A4 paper. However, students in DAE, BS Hons, Masters, MBBS, BSc Engineering, LLB, and similar programs must submit it on Rs. 50 stamp paper, duly attested by a Notary Public or Oath Commissioner after scholarship approval.

Scholarship Coverage and Eligibility

The Al-Khidmat Academic Scholarship provides monthly financial assistance to deserving students from Intermediate to DAE, Bachelor’s, and professional courses across a wide range of fields. The scholarship is open to students from all provinces of Pakistan, including Gilgit-Baltistan. To be eligible, applicants must be enrolled in a government-recognized institution. Students must have achieved at least 70% in their Matriculation exams and 65% in Intermediate, DAE, or higher-level examinations. Minority students are eligible to apply with a minimum of 60%.

Special consideration is given to orphaned students, those from internally displaced areas IDP, earthquake-affected regions, and families experiencing severe financial difficulties.

PhD, MPhil, LLM, and students in Religious or Cultural Studies programs
