AIOU Set to Introduce 3 Month Russian Language Program
Allama Iqbal Open University AIOU, in partnership with the Center for International Cooperation under Russia’s Ministry of Education, will begin offering a three-month Russian language course starting in November 2025. The students can get the latest updates of AIOU Set to Introduce Three-Month Russian Language Program in 2025.
Course Offered Through Russian Open Education Center With In-Person Instruction
The program will be conducted at the Russian Open Education Center located on AIOU’s main campus in Islamabad. A qualified Russian instructor will lead in-person classes three times a week, with each class lasting three hours.
The course structure includes regular assessments along with a final examination. Participants who successfully complete all requirements will receive an official certificate, which can be beneficial for applying to Master’s and PhD scholarship programs in Russia and various Central Asian countries.
AIOU has clarified that accommodation, transportation, and refreshments will not be provided by the university; students will need to make their own arrangements. The total fee for the three-month program is Rs. 5,000.
