Afghan Refugees MBBS Admission 2023
In a remarkable move towards providing education opportunities, Punjab province has opened its doors to Afghan refugees for MBBS admissions in the year 2023. This initiative aims to support the educational aspirations of Afghan students and contribute to their future prospects.
The admissions are exclusively for the MBBS program and are available to all Afghan refugee students who hold a valid Proof of Registration POR card registered in the Punjab province. To be eligible, applicants must have achieved a minimum of 60% marks in their FSc Pre-Medical examination with subjects including English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Additionally, candidates scoring at least 60% marks in the entry test are also deemed eligible for admission.
The designated institute, located at 203-D Street-R, Upper Mall Scheme in Lahore, offers a promising academic environment for pursuing medical education. This initiative not only provides an opportunity for Afghan refugees to pursue higher education but also contributes to the healthcare sector by producing skilled medical professionals.
