In a significant move to empower the children of laborers, the Workers Welfare Board Balochistan has partnered with Cadet College Murree to announce a transformative scholarship initiative. Under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti, 50 seats have been specifically reserved for the children of registered workers in Balochistan for the academic year 2026-27. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must adhere to strict age limits and worker registration requirements to qualify for admissions 2026:
- Age Limit Class 6th: Not more than 12 years.
- Age Limit Class 7th: Not more than 13 years.
- Age Limit Class 8th: Not more than 14 years.
- Age Limit Class 9th: Not more than 15 years.
Parental Status: The parent must be a "worker" as defined by the Balochistan Industrial Relations Act 2022, with at least 3 years of cumulative service and registered with EOBI or Social Security.
