265 Lahore Girls Shifted to Boys School 2026

In a sudden move that triggered safety concerns across the provincial capital, authorities shifted 265 Lahore Girls to Boys School 2026 campus facilities. Officials declared the Government Girls Higher Secondary School Mozang structurally unsafe, forcing an immediate transition. To prevent academic disruption, students now attend newly created evening sessions at Government Community Boys High School Mozang.

This sudden decision highlights mounting infrastructure pressures on public educational institutions across the Punjab Board. Relocating mid-session disrupts established study routines, safety expectations, and family schedules. With female enrollment rates already under close scrutiny nationwide, education advocates warn that abrupt schedule changes risk forcing young girls out of formal education completely.

Lahore Mozang School Structural Safety Inspection and Official Transfer Order

The emergency order followed recent engineering reports classifying the original female campus as structurally hazardous. District education management immediately suspended morning activities at the hazardous building to prevent structural accidents. The temporary arrangement splits facility usage: 401 enrolled male pupils attend standard morning classes, while the relocated female cohort attends evening hours.

| Institutional Metric | Official Figure |

| Relocated Female Students | 265 Students |

| Resident Male Students Morning Shift | 401 Students |

| Receiving Institution | Govt Boys HS Mozang |

| Operational Adjustment | Evening Shift Classes |

Although the administrative response prevented immediate safety hazards, managing two distinct student bodies within a single infrastructure strains campus utilities. Shared classrooms, sanitation areas, and administrative staff face double daily workload cycles.

Evening Shift Relocation Challenges and Impact on Student Attendance

Parents and community representatives expressed strong reservations regarding late-hour academic schedules. Attending classes late into the day creates commute challenges for young girls traveling back through dense urban neighborhoods.
