13,000 Schools Are Closed in Sindh Due To Shortage of Staff
Sindh Education System is in Danger and there are huge number of educational institutions in the whole province which are non functional. The only reason is that there is no availability of staff according to the demands of the schools and 13,000 schools in Sindh are closed due to shortage of staff.
The EducationMinister of Sindh, Saeed Ghani make aware the Sindh High Court that due to unavailability of staff, more than 13,000 schools are non functional. The Minister submitted an official report on the performance and quality of public schools to SHC’s Circuit Bench at Hyderabad.
As per report submitted by the education minister, there are more than 49,000 school are run by government in Sindh. However, more than 13,000 schools are shut down due to staff shortage for some time.
The Sindh high court ordered on behalf of the report to Minister to make schools functional and overcome the shortage of staff and recruit the teachers as early as possible.
SHC made the Minister responsible for the great loss of the public. A visibility rattled Saeed Ghani while addressing the media outside the Circuit Bench:
“We don’t have a magic wand that can improve the condition of all schools at once”
