Government College University, Faisalabad Admissions 2023 details for said spring semester of 2023 were recently published. Applicants can apply for admission to GCU, Faisalabad one of professional MS, MPhil and PhD Programs. Among the programs available to students Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Environmental Sciences, HND, IT, Mass Communication, Microbiology, Software Engineering, Zoology and many others programs. Candidates can apply for admission online by visiting their official website. Those Student who want to take admission in these programs must apply before last date. Admission test will be commenced from 29 January, 2023. Last date of submission of application is Jan 26, 2023.
The candidates must have passed MA/MSc or BS 4-years minimum 130 credit hours or equivalent degree in the relevant field from HEC recognized institution with at least 50% marks Under Annual System or 2.50 CGPA Under Semester System for admission to MS/MPhil programs.
Admission applications will be submitted online and merit lists will displayed on website and students will also be informed through SMS alert.
The candidate must have passed departmental test or GAT NTS test with minimum 60% score. However, the respective Department will arrange the written test and conduct the interview.
The respective Dean/ acting Dean of the respective faculty shall supervise the test and interview and ensure the secrecy and transparency of the test.
Candidates working in the Government/Semi Government or private institutions shall have to submit "No Objection Certificate" from the concerned organization.
PhD Criteria: The candidates must have passed MS/MPhil or equivalent with minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 Under Semester System or 1st Division Under Annual System from HEC recognized institution.
Admission applications will be submitted online and merit lists will be displayed on website and students will also be informed through SMS alert.
The candidate must have passed departmental subject test or GRE subject test of NTS/HAT Scholarship test with 70% score. However the schedule of the test will be displayed on the University website.
The respective Dean/ acting Dean of the respective faculty shall ensure the secrecy and transparency of the test.
Candidates working in the Government/Semi Government or private institutions shall have to submit "No Objection Certificate" the concerned organization.
