The Fazaia Degree College 30 Rafiqui Road, Peshawar Cantt was established in 1960 as Peshawar Model School. The school was upgraded to inter college on the public demand in 1967 and the inter college was given the status of degree level in 1981. The institution comprises of three sections i.e. Junior, Senior and College. Each section is supervised by a separate head, has a self contained building and a geographical entity. It works under the benign supervision of the principal.

The Fazaia Degree College 30 Rafiqui Road, Peshawar Cantt is affiliated with Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Islamabad and Board of Intermediate and Secondary Peshawar for the board exams. In August 2018 it has started Cambridge 'O' Level programme according to the growing demand of parents.
