The School Education and Literacy Department has made the announcement for reduction of inter or grade 11 and 12 for the academic session 2020-21. The Ministry of Education and Literacy Department of Sindh has accorded the approval for reduction in syllabus and this revised syllabus will be covered within given time frame of the academic year. After the COVID-19 lockdown, the educational institutes were closed and the academic year was disturbed and the students could not continue their education during the whole year. Sindh Education Department has accorded the approval for revision of syllabus of Intermediate in the subjects including English, Biology, Asan Urdu, Pak Study, Physics, Urdu Compulsory, Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer Science. The government is also revising the syllabus of the subjects in grade XII including Chemistry, Mathematics, English, Computer Science, Physics, Sindhi Compulsory, Biology, Pak Study and Urdu Compulsory. The students can note the revised syllabus of their relevant papers and they will download them so that they can follow them to carry on their study.
