Sharif Institute of Allied Health Sciences CMW
Sharif Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Gujranwala, with Sharif Hospital, is inviting applications from eligible female candidates for admission 2025 to the Community Midwife Course. This course is designed to train women to provide vital health services within their communities.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Matriculation Science or Arts with at least 40% marks
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
Note: Candidates who have appeared for the matriculation exam but whose results are pending may also apply, provided they submit a certificate from their school confirming they are expected to score at least 40%.
Original matriculation certificate must be presented at the interview.
Application Procedure
Applicants should submit a handwritten application along with the following documents:
Matriculation certificate or provisional certificate from the school
National Identity Card or computerized Form-B
Four recent passport-size photographs
Complete residential address and contact details
Additional Information
Hostel facilities are available for students coming from distant areas.
