School Leaving Certificate and NOC Required for Admission

School Education Department of Punjab announced that the students, who want to get admission in another school, they will have to produce the school leaving certificate and NOC of the previously attended schools, which shows that the students will not leave school without paying the fee. It is said that it was the common practice that the students shift from one school to another school without any proper reason and they also do not provide the NOC or the school leaving certificate of the previous schools. There are some of the students, who attend any private school but they do not pay the fee or arrear of the last attending school and they shift to another school and on the suggestion of the private school association, it is made mandatory for the students and their parents to get the school leaving certificate of the last attended schools and also the NOC as the students do not have pending fee or charges and they can apply for admission in the next school. If any school admits such a student without having the certificate or NOC, the disciplinary action will be taken against such schools.
