SBTE Updated Exams Fee Schedule 2026
The Sindh Board of Technical Education SBTE has officially issued a revised circular regarding the submission of Exams forms and fees for the SBTE DAE 1st Year Annual Exams, 2026. This update, effective 13 July 2026, extends the deadline for regular and repeater candidates enrolled in both morning and evening shifts.
Revised Fee Structure and Deadlines
To accommodate all students, the board has implemented a phased fee schedule. Candidates can submit their SBTE DAE exam forms for admission according to the following timeline:
- Normal Fee Period: Submissions are accepted from 14 July 2026 to 20 July 2026.
- Incremental Late Fee Periods: Students may submit forms with additional late fees ranging from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1500 starting from 21 July 2026 through 10 August 2026.
- Final Late Fee: For those missing the earlier deadlines, a final late fee of Rs. 3250 will be applicable from 11 August 2026 until the Exams date.
Important Guidelines for Institutions and Students
All affiliated institutes and colleges are instructed to process DAE Exams registrations directly through the official SBTE portal at www.sbte.edu.pk. If specific forms are unavailable on the portal, institutions must register their students promptly to prevent future administrative complications. Additionally, candidates requiring changes, such as migration from one institute to another or a change of Exams center, must attach the necessary supporting documentation along with their application form. Ensuring timely submission and accurate documentation is essential for all DAE students to maintain their Exams eligibility.
