Questions Answers Regarding Exams 2021

Due to 3rd wave of Corona Virus, the academic activities in the educational institutions across the country disturbed and holidays are extended till 23rd may 2021. On the other hand many questions come in the minds of students regarding the exams as the federal education minister has clearly announced to conduct the exams this year. Remember that previously education ministry introduced the promotion schemes and cancelled the exams but this year the government has decided to commence the exams at every cost. So the students are confused in the current situation when the education institutions are closed and ask many questions regarding their exams schedule and datesheets etc. In this article we are going to try answering necessary questions for the convenience of the students regarding exams.

1.How Long Exams Will Be Delayed?

The federal education minister, shafqat Mehmood has announced not to conduct any exams till 15th June.



2.Will Promotion Policies For Class 9th and 10th Be announced?

This year, the federal education ministry is not going to announce the promotion policies for class 9th and 11th students. The SSC Part II and HSSC Part II Exams 2021 will be conducted according to schedule issued by the respective boards.



3.When the final 2021 exam session will start for matric and the intermediate classes?

Shafqat Mahmood has announced on May 6th, 2021 the final examination session of the intermediate and the matric classes will begin after June 15th, 2021. The exact date sheets will be announced soon by the respective boards of education.



4.Is FBISE following the same instruction as Punjab Boards?

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education FBISE, Islamabad do not follow the instructions given to the Punjab boards. It has its own rules and regulations. The federal education ministry controls the federal board of education and the timetables and rules of federal boards are totally different than that of the Punjab boards of education.

5.When date sheets are announced generally?

Generally all education boards announce date sheets of all the classes almost a couple of weeks before starting the exams.

6.How long it takes to complete an exam session?

Usually, Exam session for a single class takes couple of weeks to complete. However, due to extension of holidays as per the directions of government, the exam session may also be increased.

7.How students can find their roll no slips?

The roll number slips will be sent to the students on their postal addresses, they mentioned while filling their admissions forms. After announcement of the datesheets, all boards start sending roll no slips to the students.

8.How to find the exam center?

The students don’t need to worry about their exams centers. They will found their exams centers and all related information regarding their papers on the roll number slips that will be issued to them.

9.Does the date sheet of all education boards is same?

The datesheets for all boards of education will be same but the paper wise time table may be different from board to board. However, all exams will be started in the month of June but the different boards have their own tome table of the papers.

10.What is the exam schedule for matric and intermediate classes?

According to the normal examination schedule, students of the 10th class appear first for the exam session. However, students of the 9th class appear at the last. Similarly, for the intermediate session, 12th class exams are conducted at first and then 11th class students are called to appear for exams. The same schedules will also be held for the 2021 academic session.
