NCOC recommends early closure of schools for winter holidays
The National Command & Operation Center NCOC has recommended the early closure of schools for winter holidays due to surging cases of COVID-19 in the educational institutions. The recommendation was given in a meeting held to discuss on the current situation of the pandemic in educational institutions and other public places. It is expected that Federal Minister of Education, Shafqat Mehmood will call a meeting in NCOC on 16 November 2020 in the presence of provincial educational ministers and the recommendations will be sent to them in meeting. Remember that the parents are also getting panic and avoid their children to schools and the situation is getting worse due to second wave of Corona Virus.
