Islamabad Holiday for Schools, Colleges and Offices on 30 January 2023
The district administration of Islamabad has announced that they will be observing a public holiday in Islamabad on January 30th 2023, in honor of the arrival of the President of the United Arab Emirates UAE in the federal capital. This holiday will affect all public and private educational institutes and offices, and they will remain closed on this day.

Municipal Corporation Islamabad MCI, Capital Development Authority CDA, Islamabad Capital Territory ICT Police, Islamabad Electric Supply Company IESCO, Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited SNGPL, and hospitals will all be open and functioning on this day. This is to ensure that the citizens of Islamabad have access to the necessary services they need, and that the city remains safe and secure.
