FBISE Matric Tech 1st Annual Examination 2025 Fee Schedule

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education FBISE has officially announced the schedule for the Matric Tech 1st Annual Examination 2025, providing crucial details for students regarding online admission form submissions and fee payments. Important Dates for Submission of Online Admission Forms

FBISE has set the deadlines for candidates to submit their online admission forms and pay the necessary examination fees for the upcoming FBISE Matric Tech Annual Exam 2025. The examination will tentatively begin on February 18, 2025. Candidates should adhere to the following schedule to avoid any inconvenience:

Online Admission Form Submission Schedule

Normal Fee Submission: From 9th December 2024 to 9th December 2024.
Double Fee Submission: From 10th December 2024 to 19th December 2024.
Triple Fee Submission: From 20th December 2024 to 31st December 2024.

Examination Fee Structure

Here is the breakdown of the admission/examination fee applicable for different student categories:

For non-registered IBCC cases, an additional Rs. 1500/- will be charged as registration fee one-time payment. In case of any corrections in roll number slips or deletion of the admission form, a fee of Rs. 2000/- will be applied.

Eligibility Criteria for Candidates

Candidates wishing to appear for the FBISE Matric Tech 1st Annual Exam 2025 Schedule must meet the following eligibility conditions:

Cancelled or Non-Submitted Admission Forms 2024: Students whose admission forms were cancelled or not submitted in 2024 are eligible to appear.
Absentees in 2024 Exams: Candidates who registered but were absent for the 2024 exams may appear for the 2025 session.
Improvement Candidates: Students who want to improve their grades or marks can reappear in any subject or paper of their choice, including practical exams.
Compartmental Candidates 2024: Students with compartments in 2024 exams are eligible for the 2025 examination.
Private Candidates: Private candidates are not allowed to appear for the Matric Tech exam 2025.
Registered Candidates: Only those who are officially registered can take the exam.

Instructions for Admission Form Submission

For Regular Candidates: The admission form and data for registered candidates are available online on the FBISE website. Institutions must verify the information before submitting the online forms along with the examination fee.
For Ex/Improvement Candidates: Candidates who wish to improve their grades or appear as ex-candidates must fill out the admission form on the official FBISE portal: FBISE Technical Education Portal before the due date.
For Non-Registered IBCC Cases: Candidates who are not registered with IBCC should manually submit their admission form, properly attested, along with the bank challan to the FBISE office.

Important Guidelines and Instructions

Practical Exams: Candidates appearing for subjects with practical exams must attend the practical exam. For those appearing only for theory, practical exams are not required.
No Changes After Submission: Once the online admission form is submitted, changes in subjects or groups are not allowed.
Fee Submission: Fees should be deposited at any Habib Bank Limited HBL, Muslim Commercial Bank MCB branches, or via Easy Paisa & Jazz Cash apps. The challan receipt must be submitted before the form is processed.
Special Cases: Candidates with disabilities must mention their requirements at the time of form submission. No fee will be charged from orphans, differently-abled candidates, prisoners, or Shuhadas wards, with proof.
Roll Number Slips: Candidates can download their roll number slips from the FBISE website before the exams. No physical roll number slips will be sent by post.
