ESSI Admissions 2025 2-Year Dispenser Course
Khawaja Fareed Social Security Hospital, Wahari Road, Multan invites applications for admission 025-27 to its Two-Year Dispenser Course. This course is specifically for:
Children of employees registered under the Punjab Social Security Institution protected workers under the Factory Act, and
Children of the hospital staff.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Academic Qualification: Matriculation in Science with at least 2nd division minimum 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Additional Marks:
Memorization of the Quran: 10 marks
FSc Pre-Medical with at least 45% marks: 20 marks
Age Limit
There is no age limit. Preference will be given to recent graduates.
Note: Candidates currently enrolled in regular education at any institution are not eligible for this course.
Application Procedure
Admission forms can be obtained from the hospital at a fee of PKR 100 per form.
Photocopies of forms are not accepted.
Complete application forms along with the following documents must be submitted to the hospital office by 01-01-2026:
Academic certificates
Domicile certificate
Renewed Social Security Card 5-R photocopy with verified 1-CC form
Pay slip certificate
CNIC or Form-B
Certified photocopy of Medical Fitness Certificate
Two passport-size photographs
Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
Interview
Date & Time: 08-01-2026 at 9:00 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent.
No separate interview call letters or travel expenses will be provided.
Original documents must be presented on the interview day.
Admission will be strictly based on merit.
Admission Results
The preliminary merit list of selected candidates will be displayed on the hospital notice board on 17-01-2026.
Classes will commence from 21-01-2026.
Quota Distribution
Children of protected workers: 75%
Children of hospital staff: 20%
Special persons disabled candidates: 5%
