Education Department Announces Same Education System in 2021

The School Education Department of Punjab Government has taken the big step to adopt the same education system in the entire province. The text book board changed the syllabus of different classes of public sector schools and different changes have been made in the syllabus of the different books ranging from class 1 to 10. The 1st class to 5th class syllabus will be taught in Urdu. School Education Department Announces Same Education System since 2021.



Changes in School Syllabus

The government has introduced the changes in the syllabus of various subjects, which are mentioned as under:
• Prep Class – English, Mathematics and Urdu
• Class One and Two – English, Urdu, Mathematics and General Knowledge
• Class Three – Mathematics and General Knowledge
• Class Four – Mathematics and Social Studies
• Class Five – English, Mathematics and Social Studies
• Class Six – Geography
• Class Eight – Mathematics and Geography
• Class Nine – Computer
• Class Ten – Pakistan Studies
The School Education Department has also waived off the requirement off school leaving certificate for the students, who have been promoted to the next higher class. The students may apply for admission in new schools without getting the school leaving certificate from the previous schools as this decision will facilitate the students in the whole Punjab province.
