BIEK Karachi New Affiliation Schedule for 2026-2027
The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi BIEK has officially announced the commencement of the affiliation process for new educational institutions for the 2026-2027 academic session. Interested private educational institutes are invited to submit their formal requests for affiliation to the BIEK office.
Application Timeline and Fee Structure
The board has established a structured timeline for the submission of affiliation forms, accompanied by a fee of Rs. 28,000, which includes the cost of the proforma. The deadline and late fee schedule are as follows:
Initial Submission: Requests can be submitted from June 17, 2026, to July 30, 2026.
Late Fee 1st Slot: Institutions failing to submit by the initial deadline can apply from August 3, 2026, to August 13, 2026, with an additional late fee of Rs. 1,000.
Late Fee 2nd Slot: Applications submitted between August 17, 2026, and August 31, 2026, will incur a late fee of Rs. 2,000.
Late Fee 3rd Slot: Submissions between September 1, 2026, and September 17, 2026, require a late fee of Rs. 3,000.
Late Fee 4th Slot: Applications between September 21, 2026, and September 30, 2026, carry a late fee of Rs. 4,000.
Final Deadline: The last window for submission is from October 1, 2026, to October 15, 2026, with a late fee of Rs. 5,000.
Submission Guidelines for Institutes
Educational institutions seeking new affiliation with the BIEK must strictly adhere to the administrative requirements. All interested and eligible institutes are advised to download the necessary proforma directly from the official BIEK website. This process ensures that all records and documentation remain standardized and verified by the board’s secretariat.
