BIEK HSC Part-I Annual Examinations Form & Fee Submission Notice 2025
The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi BIEK has announced a notice regarding the collection of enrolment forms and the submission of fees for the HSC Part-I Annual Examinations in 2025. All private, recognized, and affiliated intermediate colleges and higher secondary schools within the Karachi region are required to submit enrolment forms for students in various disciplines, including science, commerce, humanities, home economics, physical education, medical technology, and special programs.
Enrolment forms must be submitted according to faculty, along with an enrolment fee of Rs. 2,100 per candidate. Additionally, a consolidated Pay Order should be made out to the Secretary of BIEK. Each submission must include a list of students in four copies quadruplicate, clearly distinguishing between new admissions and re-admissions from other boards.
The timeline for affiliated institutions to submit these forms is from Monday, 25th November 2024, to Monday, 30th December 2024. Following this period, all forms must be delivered to the Board Office Accounts Section by Friday, 3rd January 2025, accompanied by a Pay Order, which should be prepared by Tuesday, 31st December 2024.
It is crucial for institutions to adhere to these important dates and guidelines, as incomplete forms will not be accepted. This well-structured schedule is essential for ensuring that students are registered in a timely manner.
