BIEK Affiliation Circular 2026 Private Institutions
The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi BIEK has issued an official circular regarding the Recognition and Affiliation of New Private Institutions for the 2026-2027 academic session. This circular serves as a formal notification for private institutions intending to seek affiliation with the board for the first time.
Affiliation Process and Fee Structure
To initiate the process, institutions are required to download the Proforma for Affiliation from the official BIEK website. The normal affiliation fee is Rs 28,000/-, which includes the Rs 1,000/- proforma fee. All payments must be made via pay order in favor of the Secretary BIEK.
Submission Timeline and Late Fees
The board has established a structured timeline for submissions, with late fees increasing progressively as the submission date is delayed:

Yes, no affiliation case shall be entertained without a valid Registration Certificate issued by the Registering Authority.
Where should the completed Proforma be submitted?
Duly completed Proforma for affiliation must be submitted to the Recognition Section of the Board.
