Fazaiya Degree College Rafiqui, Shorkot Cantt is included in one of the top educational institutions of Fazaiya. This educational institute was founded in 1967 as the Cantt Board school and PAF took over this school in 1974 as inter college and it was upgraded as degree college in 1991. Now this college is included in the best achiever of PAF in the SSC and HSSC exams and it also offers the curricular and extra-curricular activities.
