Hailey College of Banking & Finance Lahore is the subsidiary educational institute of University of the Punjab. This banking and finance institute was established with the aim to provide business education in this business school as per info being provided by the institute. The Hailey College was established in 2003 by the then Governor of the Punjab and it is the 5th constituent college of Punjab University. The old Hailey College of Commerce was renovated and this institute was developed as the master piece of business education to the students, which was shifted to Quaid-e-Azam Campus, which is the new campus of Punjab University. The college is going to start the certification, diplomas and short term courses to meet the ever-increasing demand of trade, commerce and industry. The foundation stone of this college was laid down by the chancellor and governor of Punjab, Khalid Maqbool in 2003 with the objective to create the entrepreneurship among the students so that they can initiate their own startups. This college focuses on the education of the students, in order to make the entrepreneur more skilled.
