The Government Post Graduate Gordon College GPGGC, Rawalpindi commonly known as Govt Gordon College is one of the oldest and historical institute in Rawalpindi. In 1856, Christian Grammar High School was established in Raja Bazar near the present campus. The Govt Gordon College was established in 1893 before the partition of Indo-Pak in British era. Formerly it was started as a church school.

The Govt Gordon College offers the following academic courses and programs. Intermediate (11th and 12th grades, leading to F.Sc, F.A, ICS and also offers other courses with different combinations).

Bachelor (Gordon College has the honor that it is the only public sector or government college in the upper Punjab Potohar region to offer a four-year BS program.
