Government of Gilgit Baltistan Cadet College Chilas: Admission for 8th Class Year 2024
1. Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for admission to the 8th class at Cadet College Chilas, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Age: Applicants should be between 12 to 14 years old as of January 31, 2024.
Educational Qualification: They must have successfully completed the seventh grade.
Medical Fitness: Candidates need to be medically fit for enrollment.
2. Application Process:
Interested candidates can apply by following these steps:
Obtain a HOPE Certificate from the Head of their current educational institution if they are studying in the 7th grade.
Submit the completed form along with the required documents, including:
Six high-quality photographs
Copy of domicile
Copy of Form B
Copy of fathers identity card
Bank draft of Rs. 3000/-
3. Written Exam:
An entrance test will be conducted on March 17, 2024, at 8:00 AM. The test will take place in Chilas, Gilgit, Rawalpindi, and Lahore under the supervision of the Pakistan Army. The subjects included in the test are Urdu, English, Mathematics, and General Science.
4. Interview:
Only successful candidates from the written exam will be called for an interview.
5. Admission Fee:
The admission fee is Rs. 3000/-. It can be paid through a bank draft along with the submission of the application form.
