College of Medical Technology Mardan provides the state-of-the-art medical and health education to the students and the students, who get admission in this college, they get the chance to work closely with the physicians and nurses in Bacha Kham Medical college. This medical institute is located in vast area of land and it has purpose-built academic blocks, modern and well-equipped science labs and the students do their practical work in the attached hospitals. The approval for the setting up of this medical college was awarded in 2010 by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, which was renamed at Pakistan Medical Commission. MCMT has the mission to provide innovative educational environment, opportunities and hands of experience to enable the individuals, communities and region to thrive, grow and prosper. This institute has the vision to be the premier source of educational excellence and provides the training to the medical students in the Allied Health Sciences.

This medical institute provides the medical education to the students in various disciplines including medical lab technology, radiology, cardiology, anesthesia and dental programs. CMT offers admission in 5 different disciplines but the seats are available in limited number. The candidates apply by submitting their application forms and the admissions are offered to the students to all genders having the domicile of KPK. The students must have passed their intermediate Pre-Medical with good grades and they have to appear in the medical and dental college admission test. The candidates, who pass this admission test with good marks, they are considered for admission but the admissions are granted to the students on the merit basis. The students must note the complete admission policy and they will have to follow the instructions for grant of admission in the MBBS and BDS programs. The admissions are also offered to the students in other medical technology diploma and certificate programs and the students, who complete their education or courses, they can serve the nation by working in public or private sector hospitals.
