Undergraduate Programs Offered:
- Doctor of Pharmacy Pharm.D. - 5 years/10 semesters 50 seats
- Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT - 5 years/10 semesters 40 seats
- B.S. Medical Laboratory Technology MLT - 4 years/8 semesters 40 seats
Eligibility Criteria:
- For Pharm.D. and DPT: HSSC Pre-Medical or equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% marks. Also, candidates must pass the UHS Undergraduate Admission Test UGAT-2023 with a minimum of 50% marks.
- For B.S. MLT: Candidates must have passed the HSSC Pre-Medical or equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% marks.
Application Process:
- Check your eligibility minimum 60% marks in HSSC/equivalent exam required.
- Fill in the application form with required information.
- Create a challan for the application processing fee of Rs. 3500/- per program.
- Upload the required documents Max. Size: 1 Mb/each document as mentioned on the application portal.
- Verify the filled information and attachments.
- Make the final submission of your application form.
UHS-UGAT-2023 Format:
- The test comprises 100 MCQs divided into English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics sections 25 MCQs each.
- Time allowed for the test is two hours, starting at 11:00 AM and concluding at 01:00 PM.
Admissions Schedule:
- Online Application Start Date: 1st December 2023
- Online Application Closing Date: 15th December 2023
- UHS-UGAT-2023: 28th December 2023
- First Merit List: 10th January 2024
- Classes Commencement: 31st January 2024

- Incomplete or incorrectly submitted applications will be rejected.
- Admission is granted on an open merit basis.
- Candidates with foreign qualifications must upload an equivalence certificate issued by IBCC.
