The National University of Medical Sciences NUMS, a leading Federal Public Sector University, invites applications for its Postgraduate Admissions for Fall 2024. The university seeks highly qualified, innovative, and creative individuals eager to excel in research skills.
NUMS is offering admissions in various postgraduate programs, all of which are recognized by the Higher Education Commission HEC. The programs available for Fall 2024 include:
- Master of Science in Public Health MSPH
- Clinical Fellowship in Otology & Audio-Vestibular Rehabilitation
- MS in Microbiology and Immunology
- MS in Bioinformatics
- MS in Human Genetics
- MS in Biotechnology
- MS in Phytochemistry & Natural Products
- MS in Nano Medicine
Eligible candidates must have sixteen years of education in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university. Additionally, applicants must meet one of the following qualifications: MBBS, BDS, BS Public Health, BS Nursing, BS Human Nutrition & Dietetics, PharmD, DVM, or equivalent degrees. A one-year full-time work experience in a relevant field and a minimum 50% score on the NUMS Entry Test are also required.
The admission process includes an online application and a non-refundable processing fee. The key dates for the admission cycle are as follows:
- Last date to apply online: Monday, 24 June 2024
- Registration with late fee: Monday, 01 July 2024
- NUMS Entry Test: Tuesday, 09 July 2024
- Interviews: Wednesday, 10 July 2024
- Commencement of session: Monday, 19 August 2024
