The National Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine NIRM, Islamabad, invites applications for the Postgraduate Diploma Course in Speech and Language Therapy for the session 2025–26. This program is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adults with speech, language, and communication disorders.
Course Duration: 16 months 4 semesters
Commencement Date: 9th September 2025
Total Seats: 25
Age Limit: Up to 26 years relaxation possible in special cases as per committee approval
Gender: No gender discrimination — both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply
Tuition Fee: Rs. 25,000 Full course
Installments: Rs. 7,500 per semester
Registration Fee: Payable to SZABMU non-refundable
Facilities: No residential or transport facilities provided
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet one of the following academic qualifications:
B.A/B.Sc at least second division with Child Development, Psychology, or Zoology as a major subject
Master’s in Special Education
Note:
No job placement is guaranteed after course completion.
Candidates already employed in government service must apply through proper channels.
No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
