The Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology, a project of the Pakistan Education Foundation PEF, has officially announced its KIET Admissions 2026 for the Spring semester Round 2. This announcement comes as part of the institute’s "25 Years & More" celebration of academic excellence. Prospective students looking for market-driven degree programs can now access the KIET Courses 2026 catalog and KIET Apply Online via the universitys digital portal.
Academic Programs and Faculty Specializations
The university offers a diverse range of programs across two primary faculties, ensuring students are equipped with modern professional skills. Notably, graduates of BBA, BS Accounting & Finance, and MBA programs are eligible for 13 out of 16 CIMA-UK exemptions.
Programs Offered
- Faculty of Management Sciences: Includes Associate Degrees in Management Science and Digital Marketing, as well as Bachelor degrees in Aviation Management and Accounting & Finance.
- Faculty of Computing & Information Sciences: Features high-demand fields such as BS Computer Science, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, and Software Engineering.
- One-Year Diploma Programs: Specialized certifications in Data Science, Taxation Management, and Educational Leadership & Management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate Management: Intermediate with 50% minimum marks, A-Levels, or equivalent.
- BS Computer Science / Engineering: Intermediate Pre-Engineering with 50% minimum marks, or A-Levels with Physics, Chemistry, and Math.
- Associate Degrees: Intermediate 2nd Division or equivalent.

Scholarship Details
KIET Admissions 2026 offers extensive financial support to ensure inclusive education:
- Merit Scholarship: Students with at least 75% in Intermediate board exams are eligible for a 20% tuition fee concession.
- General Rebates: Scholarships available ranging from 20% to 85% tuition fee rebates.
- Campus Special: A special 25% tuition fee waiver is currently offered for the Ahsanabad Campus.
- Sindh Endowment Fund SEEF: Available for selected needy students.
